Our Desire at Brunos Organics is to make your ordering and delivery as convenient as possible for you. Here are some brief suggestions to make our service very enjoyable! We update the website every Friday and that is when new products will display. There are usually good deals that are advertised in our weekly email. That goes out Friday night. Your order must be in by 6 pm Monday evening, but if you happen to forget something, simply email us by Tuesday night at 6 pm. You can contact us after that, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fill the order. If you have special request, please email us at realfood@brunosorganics.com . If you have questions regarding catering, the meal plan, or cheesecakes, please email mom@brunosorganics.com . If you have questions about the bakery please email joe@brunosorganics.com . If you have questions regarding Blue Marble Milk, please email josh@brunosorganics.com .
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1. We accept cash, but strongly prefer checks. The easiest form of payment is debit card or credit card (though we do not encourage debt). 2. Put instructions for delivery in comments at the end of your order. 3. When leaving payment, place payment in tote that you are returning or pre agreed place. 4. You do not have to be home for delivery. You will be given a time frame of delivery, but DO NOT PLAN YOUR WHOLE DAY AROUND DELIVERY. 5. We ask that you leave out a solid plastic cooler where ever you would like us to put your order. This would be very helpful to us. If you do not have a cooler, we will leave our tote to protect your order. 6. If you ever have any problems with your order, call us before you get upset!!! It is only a delivery and not the end of the world. DO NOT WORRY, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CORRECTED TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY. DO NOT LET THIS RUIN YOUR DAY! We will do our best to make sure that your orders are correct, but since we are human, we will make mistakes. Please tell us when we do, so that we can correct ourselves. 7. Bottle deposit credits for Blue Marble milk are given from the next delivery. We are sorry, but in order to be uniform, we must credit all returns the next order. 8. Should you need a credit for produce, missing item, or whatever, you will receive it on your next order. Most importantly, enjoy the fresh breads, meals, baked goods, produce, and groceries. Enjoy your meals and family and leave the shopping to us! |
