DEDICATED TO COOPS, CSAS, Our Mission We are a local family business (all 12 of us) that has set out to make a difference in the quality of "health food!" For instance, we were tired of eating "healthy" or "organic" pizzas that tasted like cardboard and had been made from "Chinese organics." We wanted local ingredients that benefited the organic farmers near us. Because of this, we determined not to compromise on the quality of our ingredients (which are the purest and finest available) or on the taste of our foods!
We used our little taste testers (pictured on the front) to help us with this balance of good for you and good to you!! I know that they love our food, and I am very confident that you will too! We are breaking the "bakery rules" by baking to order instead of mass production! We hand bake breads, cakes, cookies, muffins, cheesecakes, and pies to order, which makes our baking very personal.
You can taste the love in each personally-made cake or cheesecake and feel the concern in each delicious bite of our sweet breads, muffins, and bars (brownies, energy bars, fruit bars)! Instead of seeing tons of bread, we want to see names on each loaf!! Everything is made fresh by hand, including our breads, which take 5-6 hours to make, our pizzas, which are hand prepared, and our cookies, that are handscooped! We do not and will not use artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. Our food comes directly from the earth, which promotes vibrant health and great taste, as well as being good stewards of God's Creation!
We are dedicated solely to health food stores, food coops, buying clubs, and other like minded groups who do not promote trash disguised as food. We have no intention of ever being in "Whole-mart." If you do not see our products in your local health food store, please ask them to contact us.
